Studio Terms and Conditions
At Hudson Wren, we take pride in offering a custom portrait experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. Due to the high demand for our services, sessions are often booked 1 to 2 months in advance. Our dedicated team collaborates across locations to deliver exceptional fine art portraits.
Booking and Reservation Credit
A $100 reservation credit is required to secure your portrait session date. Your reservation credit is applied directly toward your experience as outlined at the time of booking.
Special Offers and Gift Certificates
If you have received a special offer or gift certificate from Hudson Wren (such as a complimentary print, a discount, or any promotional credit), that offer must be redeemed within 3 weeks of your portrait session date. After that window, the offer is forfeited and cannot be redeemed later. No exceptions will be made.
Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to reschedule your session. Your reservation credit will be transferred to your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of your session will require a new $100 reservation credit. If a session or Zoom ordering appointment is rescheduled more than once, a non-refundable $100 fee will apply, which can be applied toward any purchase.
Cancellations
If you cancel your session with less than 7 days’ notice, your reservation credit is forfeited. If you do not attend your portrait session or miss your Zoom ordering appointment, your reservation credit is forfeited, and any active special offer or gift certificate cannot be redeemed.
Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. This includes all printed artwork and digital files. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made.
All payments made toward a payment plan are non-refundable. Artwork production begins immediately upon receipt of payment. If a payment plan is cancelled after the initial payment, the artwork is considered in production and the remaining balance becomes immediately due and payable, and will be charged to the card on file. If a payment plan is cancelled before any payment is made, no charges will be processed.
Appointment Policies
Arriving 20 minutes or more late to your portrait session will result in automatic cancellation without a refund of your reservation credit.
Arriving 10 or more minutes late to your Zoom ordering appointment will result in automatic cancellation. Should you need to reschedule, your reservation credit may be applied toward a future appointment, provided it is booked within 3 weeks of your portrait session date. After that window, any active offer or gift certificate is forfeited.
Client Files and Product Warranty
We understand how precious these portraits are, and we want to make sure you have every opportunity to view and select your images. We guarantee your portrait files will be available for 28 days following your session date, giving you plenty of time to schedule your Zoom ordering appointment. After that window, we can no longer take responsibility for your files, and we encourage you to treat that appointment as a priority so your memories are never left behind.
We offer a lifetime warranty covering any issues or defects with our prints and finished products.
