Hudson Wren Portraits - Studio Terms and Conditions
At Hudson Wren, we take pride in offering a custom portrait experience that reflects our commitment to excellence. Due to the high demand for our services, sessions are often booked 1-2 months in advance, with our dedicated team collaborating across different cities to deliver exceptional portraits.
Booking Fee: If you’ve been offered a complimentary session, your booking fee serves to minimize no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring that all our clients are equally committed to the portrait process. This fee will be converted into a studio credit to be used during your Zoom ordering session for any portrait purchases or refunded if no purchase is made.
Rescheduling: We operate under a strict 7-day rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 7 days before your session to allow us to accommodate another family. Your deposit will be transferred to a new date in our studio calendar. Rescheduling within 7 days will require an additional reservation fee.
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel, please do so at least 7 days before your scheduled session. The reservation fee will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within this 7-day window.
Refund Policy: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before your session.
General Terms:
Fee Guarantee: Your booking fee secures the date and time of your portrait session.
Rescheduling Policy: You must give at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule. Your reservation fee will be automatically transferred to a new date.
Multiple Reschedules: If a session or Zoom meeting is rescheduled more than once, a non-refundable fee will apply, which can be used towards any purchase.
Zoom appointments: If you are a no-show for your scheduled Zoom appointment, a non-refundable $100 fee will be required to reschedule.
Late Arrival: Arriving 20 minutes late will result in automatic session cancellation with no refund. Arriving 10 minutes late or more for your Zoom reveal will lead to an automatic meeting cancellation, which will need to be rescheduled. Your reservation deposit is non-refundable but may be applied towards a purchase if the Zoom is rescheduled within 28 days of your portrait session.
Gift Credit: Gift credits are only valid during the Zoom appointment and will be void if not used at this time.
Client Files: Client files are available for 28 days following your session.
Product Warranty: Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once prints or digital files are delivered. However, we offer a lifetime warranty for any issues or defects with our prints and finished products.
